Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide flexibility while maintaining operational efficiency.

1. Cancellations

More than 72 hours before service:

  • No cancellation fee

  • Deposit is non-refundable

Between 24 and 72 hours before service:

  • 50% penalty applies

Less than 24 hours before service:

  • No refund

 

2. No Show

If the passenger does not show up or cannot be contacted:

  • No refund applies

 

3. Modifications

Changes must be requested al least 24 hours prior servic. Changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

 

4. Flight Changes

Failure to notify flight changes under the stated conditions may result in no-show without refund.

 

5. Force Majeure

In cases such as severe weather, road closures, or external disruptions, we may offer:

  • rescheduling

  • credit
     

6. Refund Processing

Refund times depend on the payment method and financial institution.
